Consulting

Developing a coach training program using the guidelines set forth by the NBHWC can be a little daunting. I've been there! As a consultant, I will share with you my knowledge of the approval process and help guide you through developing your own program keeping your company's unique needs at the forefront.

Consulting Fee: $150/hr

Mentor Coaching

Even the most seasoned coaches need mentor support in a less-structured way than my CE Program provides. Let me be your listening ear in a 1:1 setting. This service is for NBC-HWC credentialed coaches or recent graduates of an NBHWC Approved Training Program.

Cost per 50-min session: $120

Cost for 3-session CE course: $549

Individual Health Coaching

I am both a coach who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. Individual sessions are available upon request.

Cost per 25-min session: $60

Cost per 50-min session: $120
