Refund Policy

Refund Policy for 12-Week Mentor Coaching Program

 

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the online program ("Program") provided by Connect Health Coaching, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not enroll in the Program.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

 

1.1.  Full refunds requested by a user will not be accepted and processed under any circumstances.

1.2.  Full refunds will be given in the event that we cancel the Program you have paid for due to low enrollment.  Low enrollment is determined by us and is subject to variability.

 

1.3. Partial refunds are eligible only for users who have paid for access to the Program.

 

1.4. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must submit a refund request within the specified timeframe as outlined in Section 2.

 

2. Refund Request Timeframe:

 

2.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of enrollment.  The User will be granted a 50% refund as long as the program start date is at least 7 days away from the request date. 

 

2.2. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the program start date will not be considered for a refund.

 

3. How to Submit a Refund Request:

 

3.1. To submit a refund request, please contact the Program manger at cherice@mentorhealthcoaching.com.

 

3.2. Please provide your full name, email address used for enrollment, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

 

4.1. No refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

   - If the refund request is submitted after the specified refund request timeframe.

   - If you have accessed the Program content.

   - If you have violated the Program's terms of use or any applicable policies.

 

5. Refund Process:

 

5.1. Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.

 

5.2. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

6. Refund Amount:

 

6.1. The 50% refund amount, if approved, will be based on the original enrollment fee.
