Program FAQs

The cost of the program is $599.  Upon signing up, coaches will receive step-by-step instructions on how to get started.  We kick off the program with a 60-minute meeting to discuss your challenges and need for support.   After this first meeting, you will have a personalized plan for how to make the most of your two remaining mentor coaching sessions.   

You will receive a scheduling link to my calendar.  After your initial mentoring session, you must complete your other two sessions within two months. 

We will work together to ensure this happens.  I will provide you a release form for you to provide to the client whom you plan record.  This form must be completed and submitted prior to sending a recorded audio file to me.  You will be required to remove all personal identification information from the recording before submitting it.  All file transfer will be completed through Vibly, my HIPPA compliant coaching platform. 

Yes.  My patient portal is hosted by Vibly.io, a complete operating system for virtual coaching.  This platform allows coaches to perform their coaching sessions in alignment with best-practices for managing electronic personal  health/identification information (PHI/PII).  By communicating only through the portal, coaches will minimize their risk of privacy and security breaches.  Let me worry about protecting PHI/PII and let you focus on coaching. 

I will listen to your recording before the session and come prepared with valuable feedback to share. Together, we will review the session content as a learning opportunity, gaining further insight into your coaching skills. We will focus not only on areas for improvement but also on what you are skillfully offering your client.

Please upload to Vibly an .mp3 recording that is no longer than 45 minutes.  You must include your name and the date of the recording in the file name.  DO NOT include your client's name.  Recordings must be submitted at least 48-hours before your scheduled mentor session. 

I do not issue full refunds.  If a participant changes their mind or cannot attend the remaining sessions after paying for the course, they may receive a partial refund if a written request is submitted within 7 days of signing up.  However, no refunds will be issued within 7 days of the program start.   For full details, please the refund policy here.

Upon completing your three sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion from me.  It is then your responsibility to submit a petition with the NBHWC.  Read their policy and instructions here.
